Our defining milestone came with the successful completion and handover of The MET Corporate Towers, the first Grade A stratified office development in the KL Metropolis masterplan. Within its first year of operation, The MET gained strong traction among multinational tenants, cementing its position as a premium business address in Mont Kiara.

In 2024, this achievement was recognised on an international stage when The MET Corporate Towers was named Best Office Development (Asia) at the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final 2024 — a proud moment for the team and a testament to our pursuit of quality in every aspect of development.

The Lim Family
The Lim family’s legacy spans industries, from pioneering Malaysia’s first Japanese tie-up with Nippon DENSO in 1953 to establishing Kiat & Associates as a leading accountancy firm in 1974. They developed key projects like Darulaman Heights and Amanjaya Shopping Mall through Pearl & Hung Sdn Bhd, expanded into real estate with Keystone Sdn Bhd, ventured into luxury cars with Signature Exotic Cars, and founded the award-winning Property Hub Sdn Bhd.


The Yam Family
The Yam family’s legacy began in 1979 with contributions to engineering and healthcare in the UK. In Malaysia, they played pivotal roles in real estate, leading projects such as Sungei Wang Plaza, Parkroyal Hotel, Wangsa Maju Township, and Mont’ Kiara under Sunrise Bhd, earning multiple awards. Their influence extended through the founding of Impetus Alliance Advisors in 2009 and as Honorary Chairman of InvestKL in 2012, promoting KL as a global business hub.
