Datuk Seri Michael Yam brings over 3 decades of in-depth experience spanning the construction, real estate and corporate sectors. He was the CEO of Country Heights Holdings Bhd in 1996 and subsequently CEO of Sunrise Bhd from 1997 to 2008 prior to his early retirement.
Since 2009, he has taken independent non-executive directorship positions in Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Bhd, Sunway Bhd, Paramount Corporation Bhd, Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd, and also Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd. He is currently the Immediate Past President and Patron of REHDA and has served as a 3-term Advisory Board member of DBKL.

Dato’ Wira Lim Teong Kiat is the founder of Kiat & Associates, one of the oldest and most acclaimed chartered accountancy firms in North Malaysia.
His high-spiritedness towards the sporting scene has also seen him serve public positions in the Malaysian Badminton Association and Badminton World Federation. In Triterra, he brings his exemplary reputation and professional wisdom to be passed to the next generation.

Dato’ Lim Say Chong’s illustrious experience comes backed with a Bachelor of Arts with honours in Economics from the University of Malaya and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia, Canada. He also attended an Advanced Management Programme at the Harvard Business School, Boston.
A well-respected professional in the Malaysian corporate scene, he has served as Managing Director of ICI (Malaysia) Group, Group Managing Director of Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad, Chairman of Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad, Director of Mulpha International Berhad, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad, Opus International Group Bhd, Sunway Construction Bhd and many more notable boards.
Dato’ Lim also served in various associations, including as President of the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI), Council Member of the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (NICCIM), British Malaysian Industry and Trade Association, ASEAN Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), The Malaysia Singapore Business Council, as Trustee of the Ti-Ratana Welfare Society plus many more.
